Monitoring the status and work of robots takes place in real-time. The program monitors the current values of variables, registers, and signals, and stores them in the database based on the defined plans, so you can return to them at any time. For an even better overview, you can also monitor the work of robots via webcams.
The correct choice of monitored indicators is essential for production management. The application has several types of plans that you can further adapt to your needs. The values can be read and backed up both in a predetermined time period and when a certain condition is met, about which the operator can be immediately automatically informed by email and react flexibly to them. Backup files from the controller can be restored if necessary and uploaded back to the controller.
The application provides a complete overview of all recorded values and events, including monitoring of their occurrence. You can filter, group, and display the collected data according to selected periods in various types of graphs. You will get a long-term undistorted overview of all monitored indicators.
You are immediately notified by e-mail about all unexpected events requiring a quick solution. To find out the cause, there is a record of the robot's work from the camera just before the event, for its removal there are instructions with the recommended procedure. Quick reactions to the critical situations in production will save you the cost of downtime of the robot or the entire production line.
Planning and supervising service inspections at pre-set times or based on collected data allows you to reduce unexpected production downtimes caused by sudden and critical events. Monitoring the data according to the entered parameters will help to detect possible defects of the robot in advance, and thus reduce the cost of unexpected repairs. The Production Efficiency Monitoring (OEE) module gives you a quick overview of the actual state of your production line, helps to uncover hidden robot reserves and, as a result, helps increase your operating profit. The settings of the monitored parameters will be adapted to your requirements and you will get key information tailored to your decision-making.
A simplified JBI editor allows you to view and partially edit JBI robot files. You can scroll through the individual actions by coordinates, edit them, and immediately view the proposed changes to the modified motion in a 3D graphical presentation of the trajectory. You can easily make small adjustments to the robot's movement directly in the application.
